Tags in the host model remember hosts from a linked model and are automatically re-hosted.
Tags in a host model attached to elements in a linked model will now remember the element ID in the link. If a link is unloaded or out of date, the tag will be orphaned. Upon reloading of the latest link, the tags will automatically re-host to the element when available.
