Settings used for tools from the Modify tab of the ribbon are remembered between sessions.
Modify tools options are remembered between sessions of
Revit. All options set on the Options Bar will be persistent from the last time the tool was used. Tools that remember setting include the following:
- Mirror - Copy
- Align - Multiple Alignment
- Offset - Numerical value, Copy
- Scale - Graphic mode, Numerical value
- Rotate - Disjoin, Copy
- Copy - Constrain, Disjoin, Multiple
- Array - Group, 2nd or Last, Constrain
- Split - Delete Segment, Joint gap
All settings for Modify tools are saved in the Revit.ini file.
