Unit Type for US Survey Feet

To better support infrastructure design, Revit supports decimal US survey feet as a length unit.

For projects in United States, survey data from civil engineers are usually in US survey feet. To better support infrastructure design in Revit, decimal US survey feet was added as a length unit.

With this feature, you can change the Length unit to US survey feet in the Project Units dialog. Then all length parameters are in US survey feet.

Alternatively, you can set the units format for a type of spot coordinates without changing current project units settings. As a result, US survey feet is only used for coordinates which may be measured from the state plane coordinates origin.

This feature is described on the product road map.
