Cloud models can now be hosted on Europe data centers.
This capability applies to cloud models that are workshared (Revit Cloud Worksharing) and non-workshared (Cloud Models for Revit).
The location in which your cloud models are stored is determined by your Autodesk Docs account. It is not possible to move your project data from US data centers to a Europe data center. If you want your project data hosted on a Europe data center, request a second Autodesk Docs account, and start your new projects there. You can then easily switch between your accounts from the account selector in the product header.
