Attach from Vault in AutoCAD

Applies to 2018.2 Update and later

Use Attach from Vault to reuse and share files.

Browse through the vault and select a file, or group of files, to attach to the current drawing. The resulting attachment is a library or shared file. A file not attached from the library folder is a shared file. Only image, Inventor models, dwg, dgn, dwf, and dwfx files can be attached. You must check the host file out of the vault to attach a file from the vault.

You must be logged into the vault to attach a file from the vault.
