Perform Change Administrator Tasks on a Change Order in the Review State

In the Review State the Change Administrator can perform the same editing tasks as when the Change Order is in the Open State. Approvers can approve or reject the Change Order.

Note: Only a reviewer can add and reply to comments.

Approver Tasks

• Reject and Reopen the Change Order.
• Reject and Cancel the Change Order.
• Approve the Change Order.

Rules for Submitting a Change Order for Approval

The change order must be approved by a participant with the Approver role for the change order to enter the approved state.

When a change order is submitted for Approval, the change order enters the Approved state if the following conditions apply:

• An Approver approves the change order and the routing definition does not specify unanimous approval.
• The routing definition specifies unanimous approval and all Approvers on the routing have approved the change order.
