Note: This feature is replaced by Data Cards in the Autodesk Vault Workgroup and Professional editions.
Each row represents a version of the part.
Model Preview
A thumbnail preview of the version.
Version Number
The number of the version stored in the vault.
Date Checked In
The date on which the version was checked into the vault.
User Created
The name of the vault user account that checked in the version.
View the Version History of a Part in Autodesk Inventor
Note: Data Cards replaces this feature in the Autodesk Vault Workgroup, and Professional editions.
- In the Autodesk Inventor Vault browser, right-click a part, and then select Show Details from the context menu or select Show Details from the Autodesk Vault ribbon. The Details dialog box is displayed.
- The Details dialog box summarizes the versions of the selected part stored in the vault. A thumbnail preview, the version number, the date the version was checked in, and the user who checked in the version are listed. Click a column heading to sort the versions in either ascending or descending order with respect to the selected column.
