Use this dialog box to specify the import settings for the survey data.
Name
- Specifies the name of the SHP setting. Each setting must have a unique name.
Settings Files
Specifies what import settings should be used for feature lines, points, and property sets to be created in the drawing (if not already created). Specifying the files is optional.
Note: If settings files are not specified, the default settings will be used.
- SHP Feature Line Settings
- Specifies how the feature line data is imported. Controls which style, layer, site, and name will be used.
- SHP Point Settings
- Specifies how the point data is imported. Controls which style, layer, label, number, point group, and name will be used.
- Property Sets
- Specifies property set data that will be created in the drawing during the import process. Existing property set data will not be overwritten.
Default Feature Line Settings
If a feature line settings file is not specified, or the feature line is not applied in the feature line setting file, the Default Feature Line Settings are used to specify which style, layer, and site are used when the feature lines are imported.
- Style
- Specifies the feature line style. Click the arrow to select another feature line style.
- Layer
- Specifies the feature line layer. Click the arrow to select another layer.
- Site
- Specifies the feature line site. Click the arrow to select another site.
Default Point Settings
Specifies the default settings for points that are used when importing data unless you specify a settings file.
- Style
- Specifies the point style. Click the arrow to select another COGO point style.
- Label Style
- Specifies the point label style. Click the arrow to select another label style.
- Layer
- Specifies the point layer. Click the arrow to select another layer.
- Point Group
- Specifies the point group. Click the arrow to select which imported points are added to the group.
