To Create a Collaboration Project

  1. Open the project you want to upload as a collaboration project.
  2. Click Collaborate tabPlant Collaboration panelShare Project.
  3. In the Collaboration for Plant 3D dialog box, click Get Started.
  4. If you're not already logged in to Autodesk Docs, sign in using your Autodesk ID and password.
    Note: You may be prompted to close all open drawings and your existing accounts in Autodesk Docs.
  5. A drop-down list shows the Autodesk Docs accounts you belong to. Select the Autodesk Docs project folder you want to work on.
  6. Click Upload Project.
    Note: Your project, including the database, is copied to the Autodesk Docs project folder. Your existing project is not changed and remains intact.
  7. Once the upload is complete, you can invite team members to the collaboration project.

    Clicking Invite My Team takes you to the Autodesk Docs Project folder on the web.

    The Autodesk Docs account is displayed.

  8. Click Invite and enter their email addresses.
  9. Click Send Invitations.
