Editing with a mouse

The plotter drawing editor PLOEDIT provides the possibility of performing the following operations by means of the mouse.

• A text may be moved at will: one should "grasp" a text field focused-upon and drag it to a new position.
• An area, table or view may be enlarged/reduced: one should "grasp" a border-square (handle) of the field focused-upon and drag it to enlarge/reduce the field borders; "grasping" within field borders allows one to move entire field (area, view).

The above described operations can also be performed from the keyboard - by means of arrows. They will be performed for the highlighted object. If the "Ctrl" button is pressed, the object will be moved by the defined grid step.

Editing table structure. If one "grasps" a selected border-square (handle) within a table, one can move the borders between rows and columns. If the "Ctrl" button is pressed, it is possible to add rows (columns).

Note: Reducing the width of a row (column) to zero results in deleting it from the table.

Editing table cell . If one "grasps" a selected border-square (handle) of a table cell, one can enlarge (reduce) it to cover the required elements in the table.
