The View properties dialog box presented below allows one to determine the view parameters. The dialog box can be opened when you select a previously defined view and
- select the Edit > Properties command from the menu
- press the Properties icon

The dialog box consists of two tabs: Position and Properties. The Position tab contains the same options as the analogous tab in the Text properties dialog box. Additionally, it allows you to determine the size of the view and indicate which values are to be independent from page format (in the default configuration, all the values are recalculated proportionately by the Robot printout module when page format is modified).
You can determine the following parameters on the Properties tab presented below:
- label - the option allows you to identify a view on a page
- scale - the option allows you to print different views in the same scale
- type - the option allows you to determine the contents of the view; the field located in the lower part of the dialog box provides a description of the current type selection.
