Setting nodal loads

1. Click Loads Load Definition. The Load Definition dialog opens.
2. Go to the Node tab.
3. Click (Nodal force). The Nodal Force dialog opens.
4. Enter the force to be applied (F) and the allowed rotation (M) for the X, Y, and Z directions.
5. Optionally, enter the angles at which the force concentrated forces act at the structure node. Angles are measured in relation to the global coordinate system axes. The positive angle is measured counterclockwise.
6. Click Add. The Nodal Force dialog closes.
7. In the Load Definition dialog, click the Apply to box, and then click a node on the structure in the drawing area. The node number is displayed in the Apply to box.
   Note: Alternatively, enter the node number manually in the Apply to box.
8. Click Apply. The load is added to the Loads table.
