The main toolbar is visible by default, but should it be hidden for any reason, this topic can help you get it back.
Show and hide the main toolbar:
- On the menu bar, open Customize
Show UI. - Choose Show Main Toolbar. If the main toolbar is hidden, this shows it, and vice-versa.
