Create a 3D geometric primitive

Add a primitive object to your scene

  1. In the Surfaces tool palette, select a Primitive tool:

    • Sphere
    • Torus
    • Cylinder
    • Cone
    • Cube
    • Plane
  2. Click to place the new object in a view.

  3. Use the manipulator to rotate, scale, or move the new primitive.
