AlToFbx

Purpose

Converts Alias wire files to FBX files.

Usage

AlToFbx \[<options>\] -i <Alias WIRE file> -o <FBX file>
ArgumentValue
-iName of input Alias WIRE file.
-oName of output FBX file.
-lOutput logfile (default 0=false, 1=true)
-curvesExport curves (default 1=false, 0=true)
-symmetryExport symmetry (default 1=false, 0=true)
-instancesExport instances (default 1=false, 0=true)
-bookmarksExport bookmarks (default 1=false, 0=true)
-camerasExport cameras (default 1=false, 0=true)
-lightsExport lights (default 1=false, 0=true)
-shadersExport shaders (default 1=false, 0=true)

-subdiv

Export subdivision bodies (default 1=false, 0=true)
-dividePeriodicDivide closed/periodic surface in multiple surfaces (default 1=false, 0=true)
-axisSpecify up world axis (default 1=Z-up, 0=Y-up)
-fileFormatSpecify FBX file format (default 0=Binary, 1=ASCII)
-fileVersionSpecify FBX file version: 1=FBX 2006, 2=FBX 2009, 3=FBX 2010, 4=FBX 2011, 5=FBX 2012, 6=FBX 2013, 7=FBX 2014, 8=FBX 2016 (default)
-trimTypeSet the trim curve type to use: 1=both 2D and 3D curves (default), 2=2D parameter space curves only, 3=3D model space curves only
-tessTessellate surface geometry (default 0=false, 1=true)
-tessTypeSet the tessellation type (default 1=Fast, 2=Accurate)
-tessToleranceSet the tessellation tolerance (default 0.01)
-hDisplay help, then exit
