File > Open
Retrieves previously saved files, including wireframe models and foreign data formats from client machines as well as WebDAV servers.
Tip:
To add the data from a file to the current scene, use File > Import > File 
.
Note:
The PTC Granite format is also supported, but because there are no options, it is not listed in the option window.
