To Set the Protection Level for Symbols (Visual LISP IDE)

Visual LISP allows you to set the protection level for built-in functions and variables.

Note: The Visual LISP IDE is available on Windows only.
  1. In Visual LISP, click Tools Environment Options General Options.
  2. In the General Options dialog box, General tab, select an option under the SETQ to Protected Symbols section.
  3. Click OK.
