To Save Transmittal Setups

Transmittal packages will likely be used multiple times during a project. Setup and save transmittal setups for later reuse.

1. In the Create Transmittal dialog, click Transmittal Setups.
2. Click New.
3. Enter a Transmittal Setup name, choose an existing setup upon which to base the new setup, and click Continue.
4. In the Modify Transmittal Setup dialog, specify type, format, and other options for the new setup.
5. Enter a Transmittal Setup Description in the field provided.
6. Click OK or close to close the dialogs.

The new setup is saved and can be chosen from the Select a Transmittal Setup field of the Create Transmittal dialog.
