PolarSnap uses a grid of virtual concentric circles to locate points at increment distances from the base point.
Set these increments in the PolarSnap section of the Polar Angle Settings dialog box. For example, if you set the radius (Polar distance) to 5.0 units, the cursor snaps as you move the cursor 5 units away, then 10 units, then 15 units, and so on.
PolarSnap also generates snap lines that radiate out from a base point at angles that you specify. Use the angle increment field in the Polar Angle Settings dialog box to set the snap angle.
