AutoCAD Mechanical 2023 Known Issues

This topic contains important information for Autodesk AutoCAD Mechanical.

Content Library Selection

• All standard content libraries are installed by default. When installing using the Autodesk® desktop app, the standard content libraries are installed to their default location, regardless of the settings specified in the Autodesk desktop app.

Standard Content Template

• Some of the standard content templates are updated. You may be prompted to update the content when you edit the part from existing drawings in AutoCAD Mechanical 2023.

Autodesk® Vault Basic 2023 (Client)

• Sign in with your Autodesk ID and download the Autodesk Vault Basic (Server and Client) from https://www.autodesk.com/account.

Inventor Link

• The Inventor Link feature is installed by default. There is no option to customize the feature installation in AutoCAD Mechanical 2023.
