Problems Reported Through the Customer Error Reporting Utility

As a result of the detailed information that we received from customers who used the Customer Error Reporting Utility, we were able to identify and fix several defects including the following:

2023.0.2 Update

Content Manager
The Unload Library option now allows for libraries to be unloaded directly from the Content Manager.

Section/Detail Styles
Improved performance in loading and purging drawing files that contain numerous view section or detail styles.

Security Enhancements
Includes security fixes to address some security vulnerabilities.

2023.0.1 Update

AMDWGVIEW
Occasional crashes due to data corruption in the drawing containing drawing view entities.

HoleChart
Occasional crashes in AutoCAD Mechanical when opening the drawings with a huge array of hole chart.

AMSCATALOG
Occasional crashes when closing the drawing while the Structure Catalog (AMSCATALOG) is open.

SYMBOL
Occasional crashes when changing the viewport’s properties with symbols attached to objects in the viewport.

AMSHIDE
Occasional crashes when objects that are part of a hide situation (AMSHIDE) are moved to a different layer.

General Update Content

The following defects have been fixed:

AMCSETTINGS
AMCSETTINGS command now respects the hide background objects option when using it with contour geometry in the custom content library.

AMOFFSET
Object snaps maintain their status when UNDO command is used in the middle of AMOFFSET.
