Use these subassemblies to rehabilitate roads and/or optimize the cross slope of roads.
Generally speaking, these rehab and cross slope optimization subassemblies provide an easier way to perform rehab design and analysis in your rehab corridor optimization workflows. These subassemblies are designed to help you determine ideal design lane cross slope outputs through improved flapping calculations, and have additional parameters that other overlay subassemblies do not.
You may notice the term "flapping" being used in Overlay Slope Options for these subassemblies. Flapping in this case is a term used to describe how the Corrected Cross Slope for the overlay layer in a rehab subassembly is calculated. Flapping outcomes are different, relative to the slope tolerance and the slope difference between existing ground cross slope and ideal cross slope.
