The VegetatedSwale subassembly creates a vegetated swale to treat storm water.

Behavior
Starting at the attachment point, the swale is built using the input parameters. If the surface target is set, the daylight surface is found (only for cut situations). If include underdrain is set to Yes, then the underdrain is built.
Layout Mode Operation
In layout mode, the vegetated swale is built.
