To move a panel to a new position, click a title bar, and then drag the panel over another panel.
Docking controls become available.
To position the panel, release the mouse button over the appropriate button:

Positions the panel being moved above the underlying panel. |

Positions the panel being moved to the right of the underlying panel. |

Positions the panel being moved below the underlying panel. |
|
Positions the panel being moved to the left of the underlying panel. |
|
Merges the panel being moved with the underlying panel. Tabs enable you to switch between the merged panels. |
To leave the panel floating, release the mouse button when the panel is in the desired position.
