To Insert Boundary Data Into the Drawing

Insert boundaries into the drawing as AutoCAD polylines. If you deleted the original AutoCAD entity and did not update the surface, you may need to insert boundaries into the drawing. In this case, you can import the boundary from the boundaries collection.

1. In the Prospector tree, click the surface Boundaries collection.

   The boundaries appear in the list view in the Prospector tab.

2. Right-click a boundary in the list view and click Insert Into Drawing.
   • If the boundary does not exist in the drawing, it is added as a polyline object.
   • If the boundary exists in the drawing, a message box is displayed stating that no boundaries are inserted into the drawing.
