The Start tab displays at startup and provides easy access to initial actions, including access to drawing files, recently opened drawings, online resources, and announcements.
The Start tab is always the first tab of the Files tab. You can switch from the current file tab to the Start tab by pressing Ctrl+Home.
The Start tab contains the following options:
Displays the Select File dialog box from which you can open a drawing (DWG) or drawing interchange (DXF) file.
View the most recently opened drawing files in a List or Thumbnail view. Drawing files can be pinned to keep them listed; a pinned drawing file is displayed at the top of the list until unpinned.
Displays announcements related to product updates and more.
