Starts the workflow to prepare and send a file to a 3D print vendor to create a rapid prototype.
Access
Click File PrintSend to 3D Print Service.
On the 3D Print Preview toolbar, click Send to 3D Print Service.
- Export File Type

Displays the STL Files (*.stl) file types that 3D print vendors accept.
- Options

Opens the export options dialog box for a translator appropriate for the file listed in Name. You can adjust parameters for creating the export file.
- Print Range

Specifies valid values for newly exposed parameters. The bounding box of the exported object determines the range.
- All Visible
- Includes only the portion of the model that is visible in the graphics window.
- Selected
- Includes only the components you select in the graphics window before you click Selected.
- Scaling

- Scale
- Specifies the size of the printed physical model. Adjusts the size of the bounding box so you can scale the model to fit within the build envelope of the 3D printer. When scale changes, Length, Width, and Height change as well.
- Length
- Adjusts the printed physical model to the length you specify. When length changes, width and height change as well.
- Width
- Adjusts the printed physical model to the width you specify. When width changes, length and height change as well.
- Height
- Adjusts the printed physical model to the height you specify. When height changes, length and width change as well.
- 3D Print Preview

Closes the dialog box. Displays a toolbar and preview window with the image of the facet data to create and save in the export file.
