After you create a runner sketch manually, you can edit, redefine, or delete it.
Create a runner sketch manually
- In the
Mold Layout tab, click
Manual Sketch.
- In the
Manual Sketch dialog box, click
Runner Sketch.
- In the graphics window, select geometry to define a sketch plane, such as a work plane or planar plane.
- Click
OK to enter the 2D sketch environment.
- Draw a sketch using 2D Sketch tools.
- In the
Sketch tab, click
Finish Sketch.
Edit a manual sketch
- In the
Mold Design browser, right-click a Runner Sketch, Cooling Sketch, or Insert Sketch node, and then click Edit Sketch.
Mold Design switches to the Model environment with the
Sketch tab active.
- Modify the sketch, and then in the
Sketch tab, click
Finish Sketch.
Redefine a manual sketch
- In the
Mold Design browser, right-click a Runner Sketch, Cooling Sketch, or Insert Sketch node, and then click
Redefine.
- In the
Manual Sketch dialog box, modify the parameters.
- Click
OK.
Delete a manual sketch
- In the
Mold Design browser, right-click a sketch node, and then click
Delete.
