The profile tolerance value in the feature control frame is the total width of the profile tolerance. The value following the Unequally Disposed symbol is the amount of the tolerance that adds material from the nominal.
In the following image, the modifier value is greater than the tolerance value which is not valid and results in the error message.
To resolve this issue, edit the value so that it is zero or greater, and less than or equal to the specified tolerance value.
