To Use Existing Surface

Create, edit, or delete the existing patching or runoff surface with Use Existing Surface.

Use an existing surface

1. In the Core/Cavity tab, click Use Existing Surface.
2. In the Use Existing Surface dialog box, click Surfaces.
3. In the graphics window, select surfaces.
4. Expand the Use Existing Surface dialog box to view the list of selected surfaces.
5. To delete a surface, right-click the surface name, and then click Delete.
6. Click Patching Surface or Runoff Surface.
7. Click Apply or OK.

Edit an existing surface

1. In the Mold Design browser under Patching Surfaces, or Runoff Surfaces, right-click an Existing Surface Group node, and then click Edit Feature.
2. In the Using Existing Surface dialog box, modify the parameters.
3. Click OK.

Delete an existing surface

• In the Mold Design browser under Patching Surfaces, or Runoff Surfaces, right-click an Existing Surface Group node, and then click Delete.
