IvFixedAssemblyDocument adds an instance of the Inventor assembly specified by the inventorFileName parameter. No member file is created. Use this design for standard, fixed assemblies that don't change.
IvFixedAssemblyDocument mixes in IvAssemblyDocument, but overrides most of the parameters.
