retimeKeyCtx [-exists] [-history boolean] [-image1 string] [-image2 string] [-image3 string] [-moveByFrame int] [-name string] [-snapOnFrame boolean]

retimeKeyCtx is undoable, queryable, and editable.
This command creates a context which may be used to scale keyframes
within the graph editor using the retime tool.
