Manifold edge

A mesh edge that has two entities attached to it. An edge is a line segment that connects two mesh nodes.

In a Dual Domain mesh, manifold edges are the only type of edges which are allowed. All other types should be corrected.

In the following diagram:

• A indicates free edges.
• B indicates a manifold edge.
• C indicates a non-manifold edge.
