E5125

E5125 FATAL ERROR: E5125 DESIGN OPTIMIZATION NOT DEFINED PROPERLY, STATUS: n
Cause: A topological design optimization was not defined properly. The status codes have the following meaning:
Code Meaning
1 No topological elements defined.
2 One or more topological elements defined in multiple design spaces.
3 One or more elements collocated in the design space.
4 OCM engine maximum permitted iterations exceeded.
5 Mode number specified does not exist.
6 Unable to set up Automated Inertial Relief.
7 Zero stress in design space when stress is defined as an objective.
8 Dependent/independent design space mismatch.
9 Dependent/independent TOPTXPRCSMODE directive mismatch.
10 Dependent/independent enclosed non-design space mismatch.
11 Dependent/independent data exchange mismatch.
12 Incomplete discrete variable list.
Action:
Perform the following, depending on the status code given:
Code Meaning
1 Correct the TOPVAR Bulk Data entry property reference.
2 Correct the TOPVAR Bulk Data entry property reference.
3 Remove the duplicate topological element(s) from the design space.
4 Correct the TOPVAR Bulk Data entry parameters.
5

Correct either the EIGRL or DRESP1 Bulk Data entries.

6 All solid and/or shell elements cannot be in the design space.
7 Correct model loading or boundary conditions.
8
  • When the TOPTXPRCSMODE directive is set to 0, correct the dependent TOPVAR Bulk Data entry (s) to match independent. The design space size and element type must match.
  • When the TOPTXPRCSMODE directive is set to 1, the independent design space size must be greater than or equal to the dependent.
9 Correct the dependent TOPTXPRCSMODE directive to match independent.
10 Correct the dependent enclosed non-design space to less than or equal to the independent enclosed non-design space.
11 Delete the associated .ODX and .ODD files and rerun the models.
12 Correct the DDVAL Bulk Data entry to have at least 2 discrete variables.
Remarks: None.
