Remarks:
- If specified this command must occur before the first SUBCASE.
- A DESGLB command is optional and specifies design constraints that are to be applied to all subcases in addition to design constraints specified at the SUBCASE level using DCONSTR and/or DCONADD. These constraints could be based on responses that are independent of subcases such as FRMASS.
