Pre-processing
Pre-process mesh generation can be performed in two ways:
- Automatically generate the mesh directly from a .stl file or heat source path using the Netfabb Simulation automatic mesh generation feature
- Manually generate the mesh in Patran (software by MSC)
Post-processing
Supported post-processing software for the Netfabb Simulation solver:
- Autodesk Simulation Utility for Netfabb
- ParaView (free open-source software available at
www.paraview.org)
- Patran (software by MSC)
