Reference for Application Button and Menu
| Option | Description |

 (New) | Closes the currently open file, and creates a new file. |
 (Open > Open) | Opens files. |
| (Open > Open from BIM 360 Glue) | Opens files from BIM 360 Glue, located on a web server. |
 (Open > Open URL) | Opens NWD files located on a web server. |
| (Open > Sample Files) | Opens installed sample files. |
 (Save) | Saves the current file. |
 (Save As) | Saves your project as one of the native Autodesk Navisworks formats (NWF or NWD). |
 (Export > 3D DWF / DWFx) | Exports the current 3D model as a 3D DWF or DWFx file. |
 (Export > FBX) | Exports the current 3D model as an FBX file. |
 (Export > Google Earth KML) | Exports the current 3D model as a Google Earth KML file. |
 (Publish) | Publishes the current project. |
 (Print > Print) | Sets print-related settings and prints the current view. |
 (Print > Print Preview) | Shows a preview of how the document will print. |
 (Print > Print Settings) | Specifies print settings. |
 (Send by Email) | Creates a new email with the current file as an attachment. |
 (Vault Server) | Launches the Autodesk Vault standalone client and enables you to login and logout of the Autodesk Vault server, and check files in and out. By default, this option is not shown. To turn it on, use the Options Editor (Tools > Vault > Show in User Interface). |
