To Clean Up Cached Files

1. In the Project Manager tree, right-click the collaboration project and click Cleanup Cached Files.
2. In the Cleanup Cached Files dialog box, click Delete.

   Your locally cached drawing files are removed to provide more disk space. The command removes locally cached drawings that aren't opened or checked out, so the next time you open one that was previously cached it will be downloaded from the cloud collaboration project.
