You can specify the offset rotation values of an existing ortho view.
- Click Ortho Editor ribbon contextual tab
Location Offset panel.
- In the Rotation box, enter a value.
Note: Enter a positive number for a counterclockwise rotation or a negative number for a clockwise rotation.
