Brackets

Use the Brackets tab to define different types of brackets between the beam flanges and the front plate.

Parameters of the upper and lower vertical brackets include:

• bracket type
  • upper
    
  • lower
    

• material
• length
• width
• web
• flange
• angle and material.

Select the Upper stiffening plate or Lower stiffening plate option to define additional (upper and lower) stiffening plates between the beam flanges and the front plate. Specify the following parameters for each of these stiffening plates:

• material
• length
• width
• thickness.
