Load Case Code Combinations dialog

Use the Load Case Code Combinations dialog to generate automatic combinations of load cases.

Access

• Click Loads Automatic Combinations.

Combinations according to code

Specifies which code to use for the combination.

Click ... to open the Editor of code combination regulations dialog which allows you to modify the regulations of code combinations. This editor has a set of factors and the formula for generating combinations for a selected code.

Note: The codes available in the list depend on the codes defined in the Job Preferences dialog. If you change a code in the combinations wizard, the job preferences are updated as well.

None/ Delete

The default option in the dialog box; if it is activated, combinations are not generated.

Full automatic combinations

Generates full code combinations after static structure calculations.

Optionally, click More if you want to change the combination parameters such as, for example, the definitions of groups, relations, etc.

Simplified automatic combinations

Generates simplified code combinations for linear cases after static structure calculations.

Optionally, click More if you want to change the combination parameters such as, for example, the definitions of groups, relations, etc.

Manual combinations - generate

Generates combinations as separate cases of manual combinations.

Click More to change the combination parameters.
