Define a Concrete Column Base connection dialog

The dialog for generation of the column-foundation connection (concrete column base) has 3 main parts:

1. On the left are options for selecting a component used to define a steel connection: column
2. In the center, you can define parameters of a selected element of the steel connection.
3. On the right is a graphical view of a defined element of the column-foundation connection.
