Analytical Link Instance Properties

By Type: Use type settings for IFC export.
Yes: Export the element to IFC, even if type or category is disabled.
No: Do not export this element to IFC.

Modify instance properties to change a link's identity data and IFC parameter values.

To change instance properties, select the element and change its properties on the Properties palette.

Name	Description
Identity Data
Comments	Displays a comment hat you enter or select from the drop-down list. Once entered, you can select a comment for other instances of elements in the same category, regardless of type and family.
Mark	A user-defined element label. Use mark values to tag elements and identify them in a schedule.
IFC Parameters
Export to IFC	Define how the element is exported to an IFC file. Use the drop-down to select an export option: By Type: Use type settings for IFC export. Yes: Export the element to IFC, even if type or category is disabled. No: Do not export this element to IFC.
Export to IFC As	IFC entity used by the element in an IFC export. Launch the dialog to select the IFC entity from a defined IFC Schema.
IFC Predefined Type	IFC predefined type used by the element in an IFC export. Launch the dialog to select the IFC predefined type from a defined IFC Schema.
IfcGUID	GUID used for element when exported to IFC.
