Electrical Analytical Load Type Settings

Use this dialog to define the power requirements for area-based loads.

For each area-based load type name, you can define the power density, load classification, power factor, and apparent power density.

To access the Electrical Analytical Load Type Settings dialog

1. Click Manage tab Settings panel MEP Settings drop-down Electrical Analytical Load Type Settings.
2. In the left pane, select the area-based load type you want to view or edit.

   You can use the Filter field to locate a specific area-based load type in the list.

3. In the right pane, edit the values for power density, load classification, power factor, and apparent power density as needed.
4. Use the following tools to create and modify area-based load types:
   • To create an area-based load type, click (New). Enter a name for the area-based load type, and click OK.
   • To duplicate an area-based load type, click (Duplicate). Enter a name for the area-based load type, and click OK.
   • To rename an area-based load type, click (Rename). Enter a new name for the area-based load type, and click OK.
   • To delete an area-based load type, click (Delete). Click Yes to confirm.
5. Click OK.
