By default, the revision schedule on a sheet lists the revisions relating to revision clouds in the views of the sheet. If desired, you can list additional revisions on the revision schedule.
This procedure assumes that you have created a project with views and sheets that include revision schedules, entered revision information, added revision clouds to views, and tagged the clouds.
To specify the revisions to include in a revision schedule
- Open a sheet.
- Zoom in on the revision schedule in the title block for the sheet.
- Click in the drawing area to display sheet properties on the Properties palette.
- On the Properties palette, for Revisions on Sheets, click Edit.

The Revisions on Sheets dialog lists all revisions entered in the Sheet Issues/Revisions dialog, including the sequence information, description, and revision date.

Revisions already assigned to clouds in views on the sheet are automatically selected, and they are read-only. To remove them from the revision schedule, first remove all the revision clouds that are placed and associated to the target revision on that sheet. If a revision cloud is presented on one of the selected sheets, the checkbox state can only go from checked to indeterminate and back to the previous state. See table below for more details.

If only some of the selected sheets have a revision shown in their Revision Schedules, the checkbox status is indeterminate. Select the checkbox to include the revision in the sheets that do not have it.
- Select the corresponding Shown in Revision Schedule checkbox for each revision that you want to include in the revision schedule.
- To remove a revision from the selected sheet, clear the checkbox.
- Click OK.
The revision schedule on the sheet updates to include the selected revisions. You can also select multiple sheets, and the modifications to revisions will be applied to all applicable sheets.
