If you are unable to access the parameters service, it may be due to one of the following issues.
- Your Autodesk account may not be configured to use Autodesk Construction Cloud.
- You are not a member of your account's Autodesk Construction Cloud.
- You have not activated the parameters service for your account.
- You do not have permission to use the parameters service with your account
If you are not an Autodesk Construction Cloud administrator, ask an administrator to grant you Autodesk Construction Cloud access.
