A new ribbon button and a keyboard shortcut were added so you can quickly set the work plane of a view using the Pick a Plane option.
The Set button has a drop-down menu that allows you to directly set the work plane by picking a plane without opening the Work Plane dialog.
Alternatively, you can use a keyboard shortcut (PK by default) to select Pick a Plane view without opening the Work Plane dialog.
This feature was suggested by customers on the
Ideas forum and is described on the
product road map.
