Important Notes
| Installation |
| In some scenarios you may be prompted for the RVT.msi, this occurs when the Update detects an unexpected version of an existing file and needs to determine the next course of action. Please provide the location to the RVT.msi used during initial installation of Revit 2023 to continue installing the update. |
| Revit 2023.1 and newer updates do not support uninstall, once Revit 2023.1 or a newer update is applied Revit 2023 can not be reverted to its pre-update state. |
| “Could not access network location Revit 2023” message or "Autodesk Revit 2023 is already installed" message may occur after uninstalling Revit 2023 and attempting to reinstall Revit 2023. This issue can be resolved by running the Autodesk Revit 2023 Install Cleanup Utility |
| After installation of Revit 2023.1 or newer update, Custom Dynamo Nodes for Steel Connections will remain located in %ProgramData%\Autodesk\RVT 2023\Dynamo\2.13\packages instead of being moved to %ProgramData%\Autodesk\RVT 2023\Dynamo\2.16\packages. You may need to copy the files into the %ProgramData%\Autodesk\RVT 2023\Dynamo\2.16\packages folder to utilize the Custom Dynamo Nodes for Steel Connections. |
