Customize the Landing Page

The Landing Page is the first page that a user sees when the Autodesk Vault client opens. You can customize this page using any HTML editor.

By default, the page contains a synopsis of the Autodesk Vault client features and provides links to pertinent feature information.

Customize this page to relay valuable data to your users, introduce memos regarding products or future releases, or display logos and links to sites which your users may find handy.

Note: Information on the Landing Page is visible to all users regardless of their role.

Customize the Landing Page

1. Open Windows Explorer.
2. Navigate to C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Vault Server <year>\Server\Web\Services\VaultHTML\index.html.
3. Open index.html in any HTML editor.
