Edit Data Standard Files

1. Copy the original file to be edited to the Vault.Custom\Configuration, or CAD.Custom\Configuration section.
2. Edit the copy instead of the original/default file. Vault Data Standard will always load the override files (*.Custom\*), if they exist.
